Q: Is there a monthly service fee similar to that of Tivo®?
A: No. TV schedules, news, weather and movie information is free. And we are working on adding more of these free information services.



Q: How many songs, movies, hours of TV can be stored on the ehômesys™ Server? Can more storage be bought?
A: Yes. Storage space varies er product and can even be increased later on the ehômesys™ Servers. Take a look at the ehômesys™ solutions section for information on our Digital Changers™.



Q: How long is the setup process?
A: Less than a day. In most cases, just a few hours.



Q: What happens if the system crashes? Do I lose my pictures, TV and movie files?
A: The only time there is a risk of losing media or data files is when there is a catastrophic drive failure. While this is very rare, we have taken extensive steps to prevent this from occurring. Our products employ the best drives available with an industry-leading warranty, and our Series Three™ Pro line offers comprehensive data protection using power redundancy and RAID technologies to offer enterprise level protection against data loss.
